I need a developer to build an analytical site using Google API

Description of requirements/features: Description of requirements/features: I am looking for a business partner who will build an analytical concept using Google API.

The analytical market is very competitive, but the target audience is also very large and lucrative. With the majority of the market targeted at a specific type of consumer, I have slowly developed a concept for what I consider to be a gap in the market place and will see our product fit very nicely alongside Google Analytics.

In specific I'm looking for a front end skeleton that will be powered by Google Analytics. This system must also use GA Heatmap technology and be able to track user interaction. Will will also need an admin and payment gateway.

If we were to gain 10% of our closest competitor we would be making in excess of £100,000 a month in turnover. With the type of business model we would use the outgoing costs would be extremely low resulting in high profit margins. I believe this concept will provide many unique selling points to our target audience and fill a very large demand.

I will be willing to share this concept, marketing strategies, designs and a detailed breakdown of the site itself for the suitable candidate who is willing to sign an NDA form.

I will only be willing to work with someone in the UK and ideal located in the South East as meeting up to discuss the project can make life easier.

Please get back to me by placing £100 down as a nominal fee and please state the percentage you would require (This can be negotiated further after we have gone through the project in detail).

I am looking for someone who is ready to start on this project and is financial stable enough to either work on this project from half their working week to full time.
