I currently have a small business that I do on the side providing analytical and modelling services to real estate clients.
I am now looking to create a customised website that allows my current and future users to view potential potential properties for sale on the market and perform financial analysis.
I am more than happy to complete a short website brief if it helps you understand my requirements and I would like the website to reflect and look similar to this one but tailored to my needs and features etc. (which is in the similar market as me but provides a different service.

The referenced site is quite intricate in nature to fit within your budget. This is a property directory with so many verticals. There is also the dynamic sector analytics that shows the location data. This would be 10s of thousand of £s to rebuild Unless what you are referring is a much watered down version of the same. If this is the case, please share the project documentation for a fuller picture.
