I need a basic website design

General information for the website: we sell snacks
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: I need a basic website design with 4 tabs (pages):
- home
- about us
- order now
- contact us

all the artwork and content has already been designed/prepared to save time and is available on initiating the project.
Description of requirements/features: the detail required in each of the 4 tabs (pages):

- home: basic information (content provided)
- about us: basic information (content provided)
- order now; on the order page I want 5 stock items with description and various size to choose from and order now button. which goes to checkout or uses paypal to accept payment.
- contact us: need an enquiry form that can be filled out and submitted by customer/visitors
Extra notes: I need a basic website design with 4 tabs

I also needed a promotional code box so that when a certain code generated is entered it will reduce the selling prices on each product offering accordingly.
