High conversion Shopify store from existing store [send quote]

Hi, I am looking for a Shopify and e-commerce expert to tweak or re-vamp my existing store (www.soultrendz.com) into a HIGH CONVERSION store.
My site is a print-on-demand store with limited sales. The store is a general niche store where I am still testing an appropriate niche to focus on, based on sales response, and may have a separate category for that niche later. I would like to improve the UI/UX experience and whatever it takes to make it into a successfull POD store. Basic store branding / trust / product already exist.

Please DO NOT apply to this project just to make money if you don't believe the overall store/concept has what it takes. The successful candidate will have previous experience based on similar projects. If my store is successful I would then look for a long term relationship with the developer on similar projects.
