Experienced website designer AND developer (asp.net) required with immediate start

Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: UX / UI, Wireframing, Lo / HiFi mockups, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, ASP.NET (3.5 / 4.0), SQL Server, Stored Procedures, API, etc.
Extra notes: Experienced website designer AND developer (asp.net) required with immediate start.

Looking to hire 1x designer and 1x developer, please clarify for what position you are applying in your proposal.

Please send proposals ONLY if you meet the following requirements:

1. Highly experienced, with at least 5 years of commercial experience
2. must have a portfolio of work to show
3. For developers : Expertise in .NET and SQL server
4. For designer : Expertise in HTML5 / CSS3 and JQuery (fully responsive design)

We need a public website (with various modules) with member login and a secured back-office CMS for office staff, fully response design and pixel perfect layout for desktop and mobile devices. Kindly do not apply if you are thinking of using pre-made design templates etc.

We have a decent budget available (for experts only) for this project but I will not disclose it here at this moment of time.

I know without looking at functional requirements you won't be able to give me accurate cost details therefore, please feel free to ask questions and discuss the requirements and once we mutually agreed on the requirement document, I will pay deposit money into PPH escrow account to get you started. Further payments will be in stages. I will release the money as soon as an agreed design / development phase completed, delivered (inc. all coding etc.) & tested on our server.
