Edits and new developments for Wordpress / Gravity Site

We are looking for a Wordpress developer for edits and development of new functions on an existing Wordpress site.

Strong expertise with the following plugins is necessary:
- Elementor Pro,
- Astra Pro,
- Gravity Forms and related plugins,
- Profile Builder or equivalent user registration plugin.

Please confirm proficiency level in each of plugins listed above and provide hourly rate.
