Drupal - Change registration processes

Have a requirement in Drupal 6 to all a user to register using a series of small pop-ups to collect the login information. The database profile has already been created. It just needs someone with talent to create the login interface either through existing modules or by recoding.

This job needs completing within 48 hours.

I forgot to mention that I need users to be able to select items from a dropdown box (populated from a list in the databases) with the ability to use Other if their option not available in the choices - this other will then be automatically added into the database.
