Design and Develop cleant frontend website to integrate to running back-end platform

Description of requirements/features: Hello there!

We DESPERATELY NEED a topnotch professional who can communicate EVERY SINGLE DAY and often. No one likes being left in the dark. That said please read on:

NOTE:
1. This website will be the frontend for the following: http://autogenius.cousant.com/ and MUST be developed with files that can be integrated with the backend of the website so this is not your typical wordpress design template.
2. This website MUST be mobile and smart device responsive. This is critical
3. The deadline to deliver this is 12th Oct
We have worked with a few people already who have either missed point 1 or 2 or both so at this stage, we are completely fed up! :)

That said, we are a start up car insurance platform and we are going to launch in a few days (if we can get this platform front end up and running for the love of pete!) and here is what we need done:

- A frontend website DESIGNED and DEVELOPED with this: http://autogenius.cousant.com/ look and feel – if you can get it enhanced the better! – but that it should reflect the current design, fonts, colours, sections, sliders etc
- The back end also rests on the same platform. We are currently conducting UATs on it and it works great! it is currently in beta so you can create a test account and actually get to see what the back end looks like. We will be sending details of what file types the current backend developer needs to in order to integrate this so please ask a question if you can do this!
- Internal pages (menu) should be professionally and creatively displayed at the home page and have a uniquely created look and feel for each page.
- we have all the scripted content ready for you but we will be very reliant on you to DESIGN and use initiative for the look and feel overall.
- All details - social media pages, etc already point in the current format but we can provide that also.
- Sliders will be designed by you so let us know if this is something you can do, although we can also look to design that and of course provide you with scripting for it
- Before go live - we will be needing a countdown/coming/ soon/subscriber placement page on the official www.myautogenius.com portal
- We will also be needing a livestream link inserted into the website as well as a media page for all our multimedia content
- Lastly, we will need running assistance on the platform after go-live so let us know what you can negotiate for 3 months (not included in this fee of course!) and we will see if we can consider that going forward.
- Note that we prefer to work with people who are flexible about changes, edits and revisions and who are quick, efficient and communicate often - and of course throw in some extras and freebies - that alone will determine who we pick for this job!

CMS and Admin requirements: This website will be the front end of an already existing platform backend which is running perfectly. Only problem is, we need someone who can design and develop a UI that can be integrated with that backend as the current backend developer can't get a few nitty gritties right no matter how hard they try. So come and do your magic! They have already provided a custom design that you can make even better!
