Customise a Squarespace template to create a 3-page website

General information for the website: We're a London-based trendspotting company
Num. of web pages/modules: 3
Description of every page/module: I'm looking for a 3-page website

PAGE 1 Homepage with the following sections accessible from the navbar that appears on every page of the site:
- Tours
- Meetings
- Workshops
- Speaking
- Clients
- Testimonials (good to have these scrolling)
- Contact

PAGE 2 - Downloads page
PAGE 3 - Blog page (please just create a basic page for now, if I need help laying this out we can run this as a separate project).


Footer on each page with Facebook section, Twitter and invite to sign up to email list
Description of requirements/features: Hi, I'd like someone to pick the most appropriate Squarespace template for my project and customise it to meet my needs. I'll add the text and images later - I need your help with the structure and coding.

I'd like it to look similar to our current website - www.retail-futures.com - with a couple of changes.

I'd like to keep the Squarespace site as a 3-page site. It's important to have all the key products on the first page listed in the main navbar, so all the products on the 1st page can be accessed from the navbar. (I'm struggling to do this in Squarespace myself currently. It can be done though - go to www.topfbein.com for an example of a site that does this.) Links to 2 separate pages - the download page and the blog page - also need to be featured in the navbar.

Please set up the page so a popup offering the free download in exchange for an email address can and does appear. I can link this up to Mailchimp later on, but please make sure it's possible for this email capture box to appear in the theme you choose.

I'll also need to sell some digital downloads from the site later on, so please make sure the theme you choose offers this functionality. I'll set the paid digital download area up later though.


I'd like the Squarespace site to have the same fixed navbar at the top of every page.

I'd also like it set up so all the headings, subheadings and paragraph text is a fixed distance from the left-hand side of the page.




Things not to worry about (and therefore not to quote for) for now:

- the layout of the blog page
- all content - images and text
- SEO and optimisation
CMS and Admin requirements: The site needs to be a Squarespace theme.
I need to be able to access and change every element of the site later on - that means all images and text, all pages and sections. The reason we're moving from Wordpress to Squarespace is we can't change some basic elements (ie images) ourselves, which is very frustrating.
