Create a website

A large and detailed website for an engineering company. Logo, content, images, and an idea of layout / design will be given, only thing is, the guesstimate for number of pages is 20+, although may are simple links to data sheets that I will provide. There's no blog, no ecommerce, and no social media links. I haven't put a budget on here yet, as I really don't know where to be with this one, so all proposals welcome.
