CREATE A SINGLE WEBPAGE for display on TV

Description of every page/module: I am looking to create a dynamic display using a webpage which can be updated from a content management system (eg Joomla) - the page will be displayed internally on Monitors and Smart TVS.
Description of requirements/features: The webpage will be single page; consisting of various elements:

1. a box on the screen which pulls in local weather forecast for next 5 days (from any weather source)
2. a box which pulls in our latest twitter tweet
3. a box which pulls in our latest instagram photo
4. a box which we can promote our "offer of the day"
5. a box which in one half displays an image and the other half text to accompany the image
6. we must be able to update the background image on the page.
