Convert HTML/CSS to Opencart 2.0 template

Description of requirements/features: I have set of HTML/CSS pages I need to have converted to a Opencart 2.0 website. The finished site should look very similar to www.cloudxtiny.co.uk. Also the auto server configure on the http://www.cloudxtiny.co.uk/CloudX-Server page will also need to be replicated into the finished site. Also the shopping cart will need look like the version on the current website.

Finally I will need two email templates create in line with the website template. They will be:
- An invoice with in the same style as the shopping basket on the current site (www.cloudxtiny.co.uk)
- A news letter.

Job has to be ready by 18th Oct 2014.
