General information for the website: We need an immediate report with Google to remove a malicious website from Google/ online via reporting systems

Description of requirements/features: There is a website which is run by inexperienced people who are simply reporting and slamming companies online - we need to report this to Google as malicious and have the site removed/ taken down directly by them as the owners refuse this.
This is a start-to-finish job, it would include the reporting aspects (we can provide all the info) as well as ensuring that the site is removed ASAP.
