Compatibility work for IE8 and IE9 on forward2me.com

General information for the website: we forward parcels
Description of requirements/features: I would like the IE8 and IE9 issues listed below fixed with minimal code changes. I’m not looking to switch to different libraries or overhaul the implementation, I’m looking for small non-invasive code tweaks and where necessary small browser specific code branches that have no effect on new browser versions. I’m happy for things to look slightly different than the latest browser versions but at the same time the site should look and work to an acceptable level on these two older IE browsers.

Field labels on sign-up page (like widget on home page)
Contact page slider – needs background fixing
How it works video – detect browser version and show a video that will work without a warning

Pricing page not working - likely ajax issue
Logo missing from top of home page
Text alignment broken with icons at bottom of home page
Menu doesn’t show correctly when moussing over services link (background totally transparent)
Border is broken on sign-in page
Page header is broken when logged in
JS error on sign-in page
