Build custom booking system

I’m currently using the bookly Word press plugin on my website. It’s not working as I want.

I’m looking to replace it with a custom booking system like the one on this website:

1) the customer inputs the postcode. Different service providers can cover different postcode areas. This needs to cover all Greater London areas.

2) I want the look and feel of the booking system to be similar to the reference site without having any copyright issues.

3) I need options for payment by card/cash

4) for card payments the first option should be Apple/google pay. The second option should be inputting the card details. I prefer to use stripe as the payment gateway for this.

5) therapist portal - the therapists must be able to put availability on. Plus there must be option to select service areas to cover

6) customer should be able to save details input for faster checkout on next booking

7) other minor website tweaks
