API from an ERP to Shopify for Shipping

Hi i am looking for someone who can take a APi Developer Pack from a system i have access to and design a Shopify Plugin that will allow the integration.

The integration is basically a 2 way APi that communicates from Shopify a Purchase Order to a Distributor and then a Tracking Number from Distributor back to Shopify. I have the full instruction pack for the full APi from the supplier of the ERP.

Please let me know of some quotes.
