Adding Twitter Feed to homepage of existing Umbraco Website

Description of requirements/features: I would like a twitter feed added to the bottom of the homepage of an existing live site, just above the bottom navigation. The feed should automatically scroll through the 3 most recent tweets from our Twitter handle. The feed needs to be responsive and needs to resize in accordance to the window size (the rest of the website is already responsive).

I have a jpg mock-up of how the site should look after the development is complete. The design is simple using text, one page break line and a twitter bird logo which I can provide.
CMS and Admin requirements: I can provide the Umbraco login to the website.
I can provide the Twitter login.
Specific technologies required: Umbraco
