A single paged responsive landing page with parallax scrolling

We are looking for a HTML/CSS developer to build a single paged landing page. Designs are made and ready to be implemented. We require the page to be responsive to work on all devices, and a contact form for users to enter the email address (shown in designs, can use mail chimp or similar if necessary). The page will also have parallax scrolling and have a few simple dynamic elements (text or image fade in).
