A Simple One Page Bootstrap Template

I am looking for a really simple bootstrap template build with the latest bootstrap. I have written details (files attached) very minutely detailed so that there are very few questions to ask, and the seller knows exactly what jobs is. If you think the price is too low, tell me why! (but just an fyi, I am programmer, this is just because of paucity of time). Thank you. Bulk of the job is copy pasting from bootstrap. Please keep the code clean.
