A blogging website

General information for the website: Fitness Food

Description of requirements/features: Hi There,
I want to make a blog site but not 100% sure how I want it to look. But have a few Ideas. My main thing is to find someone that is able to work well with me as I am very particular and would like to get the site to a level I'm truly satisfied with. I dont know many blogging sites so someone that has made a few blogging sites in particular before that maybe be able to show me some ideas would be mind.
I'm making the site as I have an instragram page where I post fitness food on a daily basis and so I would like to expand on this.
1 thing I do have in mind is that I would like a black/white/grey site with the only colour coming from food/fitness images.
I am already finished creating the logo (which is black and white) and is basically my signature.
