3 PSD files to Joomla Templates

Hi There,

We have three different PSD documents for web pages. We need each one taken from the PSD form to a Joomla template.

Each template will have the following fields that will need to be editable.

2 paragraph fields that need to both be able to be edited separately.

2 images that need to be editable.

Footer text needs to be editable.

Page Header text needs to be editable.

2 more small pieces of text on the page.

We also need these to be coded with SEO friendly markup (H1 tags, alt tags etc.)

Attached is a sample that follows the base layout for all 3 PSD documents.
