WordPress Custom Post type as WooCommerce Product

I need a WooCommerce extension plugin that will recognise a custom post type as a product. The plugin will ned to meet the WooCommerce plugin coding standards (so I can use WooCommerce payment gateways and other extensions and support both Themify Post Type Builder and Pods for custom posts - only one needs to be supported at any one time - ie the choice between the two is selectable.. The plugin must support WooCommerce Software licencing extension

Budget is just an estimate as PPH says I need to give one. In reality it will take what it takes, more or less that specified.

However, any "placeholder" bids will be ignored and its likely that any proposal that meets the budget exactly will be ignored. If you can build this plugin for the budget, you can build it for less and you've upped the price to meet the placeholder. Any proposal that just says you understand the project without clearly demonstrating you know what I need AND how you can meet the requirement (ie your WooCommerce/Plugin/WooCommerce Plugin/AND THEMIFY experience is essential - do not fob me off with a site built without Themify)

Any proposal that doesn't answer the questions that follow will be ignored, as it will show you either haven't read the full brief or haven't understood the brief.
