Two small fixes to website template

Hello, I have two identical websites and I had some errors on one and I can't fix two things now.

This is the site that is correct: www.london-photography-diary.com

This is the site that has errors on it: www.ny-photography-diary.com

On the NY site, I can't get the social media icons to align correctly at the top, like they are on the London site. So I've deleted them for now but need to add them still.

And on the middle row of boxes, where it says Exhibitions, Talks and Events, and Reading.. when I changed the hyperlink it somehow deleted the arrow at the bottom, like how you see on the Reading page. Looking at the London site as an example, I cannot see in the code where the button is.

These sites are a yootheme template and this is an easy fix. Please do not make a bid higher than the fixed price listed or say that you don't know how long it's going to take to fix and could take hours.. I know this will take only 15 minutes max.
