Software code compatible with arduino micro controller

I need two arduino micro controllers to communicate with each other through wireless transmitter and receiver. The first will operate off of a battery supply and will have a camera, IR sensor, and transmitter attached to the arduino. When movement is detected by the IR sensor the camera should take pictures for 60 seconds. Then this data will be set to the second arduino. The second arduino will be equipped with a receiver that will be connected to a computer. Once the data is received by the receiver the arduino should open up a default email program to send the pictures obtained to a second email for view. I have pictures if that would help. Thanks
