General information for the business: lead generation and management tool
Description of requirements/functionality: We want to find a capable developer that can design a social crm/collaboration tool base on lead generation and management.
The tool will help to search for leads on social sites we support, it helps by the criteria set up by user...so the tool search on the social accounts set up by user to search for this words that match the criteria set.
The leads are also scored by their profile to know how the user will nuture them into becoming customers.
The app then shows this prospects in the dashboard for user to now interact with them, by interacting they can now reply to this leads and place them into groups.
The user can create groups for the app to search and store the leads in, so that they can be easily monitored, We need it to be able to monitor sales from this channels and to
follow/monitor their clients activity on this social sites.
Not forgetting the ability to add users from this social sites as
customers (lead generation) into their crm.
The tool will have a way to search for leads on the social networks
based on filters set by user, so that the app can generate leads. They
may target by setting up by location, age, gender, working status,
interest, technology.
The leads are also scored in other for the user not to waste too much
time on them, easy for the user to know which lead is ready to buy so
they can converse with them and nuture them into customers.
All the customers they got via the tool, the user now starts to monitor
them, and social activities...our app must have calender (special one
for birth day reminders of the user customers...so support/customer care
can send gifts or wishes to their clients)
This is how they get the leads they start to communicate with via social
sites they were harvested from, and then convert to customers and move
to the sales department (on the crm)
who now record invoice and payment.
The crm also picks up the technical or support post on the company's
page (social sites) and get this messages to the right department
automated.
The crm will show financial calculation, and sales funnel data to show
profit sheets, etc.
Extra notes: I will provide the CRM TOOL which you will now integrate the app into.
