Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 3 - 4 weeks
General information for the website: A web scheduling application for a procurement manager (me) to manage buyer requests and supplier fulfilment.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: c. 8
Description of requirements/features: Looking for a developer to work on a project for c 2-3 weeks full time.
I have had the majority of a web application built for a procurement manager (me) to manage buyers and suppliers – needs finishing off.
The application has been built from scratch using:
- HTML
- Bootstrap styling / less.css
- PHP
- jQuery
The code is saved on my GoDaddy server, which is very easy to interact with.
In summary, the work required involves:
1. Date Picker jQuery slider.
This jQuery date / calendar has up to 6 editable chevrons that link up with date boxes (also editable), and which speak to each other (this work has mainly been done, but some tweaks / updates required). There are several rules on where each slider can / cannot be moved to, based on where the other sliders are.
It is important that you have good maths / logic skills for this bespoke widget.
2. Email / SMS Alerts, and pseudo Inbox.
Create settings that apply to each of the 14 stages of a job from beginning to end, and apply to Procurement Manager, Buyer, and Supplier groups. I have an exact specification of how this needs to happen.
3. Miscellaneous other edits.
Ability to transition jobs from one “stage” to another “stage” based on certain date in database. Other jQuery show/hide stuff.
I have an Overview of the site logic functionality, and a detailed specification of the work required. I can send this over to you with login details to the site on receiving a signed NDA.
Then perhaps we can talk through any questions you have.
Then you can provide a quotation.
Thanks,
Charlie
