Samba specialist needed

We have Samba and NSF set up on a Ubuntu 18.04 VPS we call webserver.

We have a number of other Ubuntu 18.04 VPSs and they are all mounting NFS partitions from webserver.

I have a Windows 10 Laptop and I am able to map a network drive using Samba from webserver.

The problem :-

I have a Macbook Pro and it will not map a network drive from Samba on webserver

We have a Windows Server 2016 and we cannot map a network from webserver using NFS or Samba.

What we need :-

1 A Samba expert who can diagnose what is going wrong and enable our Windows Server 2016 to map a network drive from Samba on webserver, and from my MacBook Pro as well.
