RSS to email web application in PHP

Description of requirements/features: The project is to add new functionality to an existing system written using PHP with Laravel framework and mySQL.

The system allows users to log in and manage "campaigns". This functionality already exists.

What we want is that for each campaign we can enter the URL to an RSS feed. The system is to then check the RSS feed and send a notification email containing all new entries that have appeared in the RSS feed.

We want to be able to send how frequently the RSS feed should be checked.
The system is to display when the RSS feed was last checked, how many results it contained and how many were new.
The frequency should be configurable for each campaign using Cron job syntax, e.g. */15 * * * * if we want it to be checked every 15 minutes.
System is to also show a list of entries obtained from the feed.

A full set or wireframes will be supplied before work starts.
