Python Beautiful easy project

I want to scrape an html file (not hosted anywhere, see the example below) with Python using Beautiful Soup.
The file contains 15K links as follows:



link1
link2
...
link15000



There are no classes and no id in here, but I can generate them if there's no to do that in beautiful soup without class names and/or ID's.

The result of this project should contain:
1. A working "extractor.py" file for given *.html, which opens each url and takes ANY element of of the website. I only need a structure to proceed with my own code.
2. a html file, I will provide.
3. Both archived within a folder called "Extractor".

Please feel free to code the program so that it will scrape any element of the given urls, I will adjust the code to my own needs accordingly.
