General information for the website: Property Listing
Description of requirements/features: I have html and css files I would like to convert to a responsive website using PHP with all the features enabled. Need it done in Code Igniter, I will like a very intuitive CMS. It would be an ongoing working relationship for about 12-24 months after the basic features are up and running. I would prefer developers with experience developing real estate platforms.

You will be working directly on my server, so I would like someone with knowledge on SSH and SFTP protocols. The database will have to be scalable as well.

1. Do you have knowledge of SSH and SFTP protocols?
2. Do you have any experience with integrating payment platforms?
3. Do you have experience making scalable databases? and what types?
