Description

Experience Level: Expert
I need a solution building where if i am running facebook / meta ads I need the lead that comes through the advertising to be sent via email and / or what's app to the client. I think this will be fairly easy to build via AI but not sure how you do it.

Advice, thoughts, costs please, not looking to spend a fortune and want to work with an easy good communicator who can do this work quickly.

No idea re price until you tell me what is involved.

    Are your leads coming directly from Meta lead forms or from a landing page
    Do you want the WhatsApp messages sent to one person or multiple people
    Do you want the system to store all leads somewhere for future tracking as well

    A few questions that would help determine the best solution and keep costs down:

    • Are you using Facebook Lead Ads forms, website conversion forms, Messenger ads, or a combination of these?

    • Should the lead be sent to the client immediately, or should there be any qualification/filtering before delivery?

    • Do you want notifications sent by email, WhatsApp, or both?

    • Will each client receive only their own leads, or do you need routing logic for multiple clients?

    • Do you already have WhatsApp Business API access, or would you need help setting that up?

    • Are you currently using a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) that should also receive the leads?

    • Would you like AI to simply notify clients, or also summarize, score, categorize, and qualify leads automatically?

    • Approximately how many leads per day or month do you expect the system to handle?

    • Do you need an admin dashboard to view lead history and delivery status?

    • Would you prefer a no-code/low-code automation solution (Make, Zapier, n8n) for lower cost and easier maintenance, or a fully custom-built system?
