PHP job with mySQL, WordPress for Membership site

We need someone with good experience in PHP and some knowledge in Javascript to finalise a project.
The project is a membership website using WordPress and a plugin for membership. Most of the functionalities are already there. There are additional functionalities as a quote calculator and an overview system over the services requested/provided in the dashboard.
The SQL database is already set up. The main part of the quote calculator is working and the dashboard is set up in principle.
What we need is the following:
- A process how the user is guided to the membership dashboard after using the calculation form either by entering his registration details or by logging in.
- Adding additional features into the dashboard of a registered member.
- Integrating invoice tool in dashboard
- Special access for administrator in dashboard to edit data
