PHP for a simple website

I have a simple website with an object oriented PHP back end. Its what I have learned from a tutorial, however, I need to implemented this in to a second site which I have the front end done using bootstrap. Again, its a simple site.

The problem I have is that the tutorial didn't go into enough layman's level detail. subsequently, I've been messing about with this trying to get it working for days and now I'm giving it over to someone that knows what they are doing.

I need you to provide thorough inline comments for every bit of the code explaining what it is doing and why its needed etc.. I've started this but as I say, the tutorial didn't go into enough detail for me. The object of this is that I want to implement other sites going forward keeping the base code and tweaking the controllers, models and views accordingly.

The code is there, you will need to add more and change the existing to accommodate the new pages etc but should be about 4 hours work. It's a simple site with little functionality - I'll explain more when you contact me
