Paypal Invoicing Automation

General information for the business: Property Maintenance
Description of requirements/functionality: Each month I send out around 100 invoice on Paypal for people who pay the same amount each month.
Sometimes people do not pay on time, so the amount will differ with these people when arrears are added.
We control this in a simple monthly spreadsheet, which contains all the information that needs to be on the invoice, including an arrears column

We are looking for someone to write a macro that will take the spreadsheet into the Paypal app and issue invoices line by line automatically.
We appreciate that the spreadsheet must be updated manually each month before submitting for invoicing.
