Need help develop Excel VBA script to process CSV to new Excel sheet

Description of requirements/functionality: I’m looking for an Excel VBA developer two generate a report script/tool based on a single CSV file.
The script should process a CSV file dumped in a dropbox folder and generate and display a set of reports.

The CSV is basic project based order lines exported from a sales web app. The report generated should be used as basis for invoices from an affiliated company.
• Each product in the CSV represents an employee.
• The order lines represent jobs done in project.
• An order line can have both a cost and a sales price.
• Project costs are also exported as order lines.
• Each order line has date, description, sales price and optional purchase price.


If would like to be able to generate report from all the Employees (products) and export them to PDF.
The report should contain:
• Project number and name (from CSV)
• Employee name
• List of order dates with descriptions for each Employee.
• Sum for each employee profit in project.

This is basically advanced lookup with some light math and conditionals.
