MRSS Feed Creation

We have a lot of video content which we've been asked by clients to place into an MRSS feed. This is very similar to an RSS feed but for video content so it needs to be formatted slightly differently to be able to access bigger files (see here on Amazon) https://creator.amazon.com/documentation/ac/mrss.html.

The client then adds the MRSS feed into their aggregator and when we have new content, it automatically updates just like an RSS system would.

So what I need is an automated form that I can fill in to include the information (Title of the video, the date it was shot, and add in the Dropbox file location. ) which can be constantly updated as new content is created.
