Description of requirements/functionality: Develop a php a script for magento that analyze a part of magento category collection and
1) disable category when :
The category don't have any enabled product
OR the children categories of the category don't have any enabled product
2) enable Categories in the opposite case
We should be able to limit the script to a specific part of the category tree, by giving a list of categories ID, so that the script run only on given categories ID and their children categories
