Description of requirements/features: Currently we have an age gate on the site that blocks anyone under the age of 21 accessing the site. If the D.O.B entered is under 21, a text prompt appears telling them they are not aged to access the site.

We would like to add a redirect now, so that they are taken to http://www.responsbility.org as well as the text being displayed.
