I need a PHP developer to fix a php mail submission form

Description of requirements/features: We have just taken over hosting of this website:
http://invisible-braces-london.co.uk/

The contact form on the right of the page uses phpmailerautoload.php and mailchimp.php to fire off form submissions but the old hosts have not provided the old copies of the phpmailer files & mailchimp files.

I have installed the latest versions of each but the form refuses to work, submission is just timing out:
