I need a Gravity Forms expert to build me a couple of Templates

Using Gravity Forms with the GF WPDB Connect addon.

1. Build an insert form which inserts a new record into a MySQL database
2. After submit - redirect to a form with a confirmation (populated with a field extracted from the MySQL database) using a querystring generated from the entry in (1).
3. A form to amend/update a record which
a. displays a list of records in summary from which 1 record (URL+QueryString) is selected
b. On selection of the record in (a) a form is opened with the record detail with the fields populated by MySQL
c. Amend/update the record

You need to know Gravity Forms and the GF WPDB addon
I will be using these pages as templates so they will need to be explained in full.
Approx 3 hours (to someone who knows it well)
