Google Map/Place API Customization

If you search a company's name and select it from the auto-complete list, 4 fields below the map populate with the Company Name, Place ID, Lat and Lng.

If you directly click the POI (Point of Interest) icon it populates the Wrong Place ID field with a Place ID that's assigned to that general area or address and not associated to the actual POI/Business.
Description of requirements/features: Simply put: If a user skips the search field and just zooms into a POI and clicks it, I need to return the "correct" Place-ID along with the other fileds (Company Name, Lat and Lng).
