Hi! I upgraded my centos 6.9 server from PHP5.3 to REMI PHP5.6 and our RD-Mailform submit has stopped working. When someone submits the form it says "Aw Snap, Something Went Wrong!"

Something in the update from 5.3 to 5.6 is affecting this script, and I don't have the time to fumble my way through this, help please!
