Excel basd scanning/filtering tool for a target list of financial instruments which m

I would like an excel based scanning/filtering tool to arrive at a target list of financial instruments which meet predetermined criteria. I would like to be able to select just one criteria for a market or list of instruments or be able to select multiple criteria for any of the markets below to arrive at a short list of instruments that meet my crietria. Needs to be able to update daily and pull reliable, free, internet based data.

1. Select market (universe of instruments)
SA – all JSE stocks (Top40, Mid Cap and Small Cap Index constituents) and all major indices
USA – all DOW Jones, S&P 500 and NASDAQ stocks and indices
UK – FTSE 250 stocks and indices
France – CAC stocks and indices
Germany – DAX stocks and indices
Switzerland – SMI stocks and indices
Euroland – Eurostoxx 50 stocks and indices
FX pairs – AUD/USD, AUD/NZD, EUR/AUD, EUR/GBP, EUR/JPY, EUR/USD, EUR/ZAR, GBP/AUD, GBP/CAD, GBP/JPY, GBP/USD, GBP/ZAR, NZD/USD, USD/CAD, USD/CHF, USD/JPY, USD/ZAR
Commodities – gold, silver, platinum, palladium, copper, brent crude oil
Would be nice to be able to add in future if I want to add markets or instruments etc.

A – Close price at 52 week highs and 52 weeks lows
B – Close price crossing 10d simple moving average
C – Close price crossing 20d simple moving average
D – Close price crossing 50d simple moving average
E – Close price crossing 100d simple moving average
F – 5d and 10d simple moving average cross
G – 10d and 20d simple moving average cross
H – 20d and 50d simple moving average cross
I – 50d and 100d simple moving average cross
J – Triple cross – 5d, 10d & 20d simple moving average cross
K – Triple cross – 10d, 20d & 50d simple moving average cross
L – Close price above or below 40 week simple moving average
M – Close price crossing above or below 40 week simple moving average
N – RSI above 70 or below 30
O – SSD above 80 or below 20
P – MACD (12/26/9) cross overs
Q – Volume – daily/weekly/monthly volume above or below 20d, 50d, 100d, 200d average
R – Candle alerts – bullish and bearish engulfing candles - daily/weekly/monthly candles
S – Candle alert – bullish and bearish pin bar candles - daily/weekly/monthly candles
T – current PE vs. long-term average PE
U – current dividend yield vs. long-term dividend yield
V – current price/book multiple (P/NAV) vs. long-term average P/NAV
W – Most recent financial year EPS growth vs. 3yr and 5YR EPS CAGR
