General information for the website: It grabs an XML feed from a remote server
Description of requirements/features: I have a cron job which runs twice a day and grabs a remote XML file. The settings to log onto the remote server are correct, and sometimes the cron runs correctly, whereas other times it fails with the following error:

Deleted Copy_properties2.xml // Deletes old file, and then should download the updated file
Warning: ftp_get() [function.ftp-get]: Unable to open the data connection in /home/alexanderdavid/public_html/cron.php on line 39

It seems that it must be a simple fix that I am completely missing, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
