Creation of factory.sol and router.sol

I need the creation of 2 smart contracts described as follows:
a router:
"Router Agreement"
The router performs the necessary requirements checks to exchange tokens, add liquidity, and remove liquidity.
a factory:
"Factory contract"
The factory is responsible for creating new exchange contracts for each pair of ERC20 tokens.

Note:
the contracts must allow the collection of 0.002 bnb each time it interacts with the swap or the liquidity they add.
