Description
Experience Level: Expert
I need a simple command tool to search a document for all words matching a pattern (e.g. "_sspl_xxxxxxxx") a PDF document and return (output to csv file or stdout) the page number and X/Y coordinates (ideally mm with top left as the origin).
The tool should be called via the command line in the following way:
pdfsearch "pattern prefix"
e.g
pdfsearch "_ssph_"
Output along the lines of:
"_sspl_1", page, x, y
"_sspl_anything", page, x, y
I understand that the PDFLib TET libraries have the ability to do this kind of thing and when ready we can purchase the required licence. A free to use lib is available on their website.
I'll need some guidance on how to install the final tool on a windows server.
We will require the source code in case of future changes.
