Converting a Excel Spreadsheet for Use on the Internet

What I need is the two excel docs made in to docs or programs that can be posted on to the internet.
They need to be kept in a similar format ie with diagrams and colour to encourage the school children to complete the program.
The layout or font size requires alteration to fit the screen fully during operation.
The input boxes require a function to reset them after the data has been saved only if this is possible not a major point.
Cells that do not require an input require locking so that info can not be altered by the children.
Finally if notes can be made of how the program was converted so that an explanation can be written up.
