We have an Excel file with a number of Macros. We want to convert all of these into a Google sheet App and then also add new functionality as described in the attached specification (ignore that it's talking about Excel).
So we're looking for a quote to re-create the attached spreadsheet in Google sheets AND complete the new functions in Google Sheet as described in the attached specification.
