Convert comic maker from Flash to Html5

Description of every module: We have an easy comic maker on our website which allows children to choose from a number of categories each with a number of options to make up a page, a complete comic consist of 6 pages. They can type text into the speech bubbles and resize elements. They can return and edit each page, preview the comic, save it or print it out.
This is currently written in Flash - I need it to be converted to Html5
I also need it to be done in such a way the images etc so it can be used for an alternative theme. So I need to know how to change images in the back end so we can reskin this.
