Client side javascript library

We are looking for contract javascript developer to deliver a javascript client library capable of interfacing with main functions of the SIMS api (www.simsapi.org). This developer will implement a javascript library which will communicate with already developed server side code. Ideally, the library will utilize json to parse the main SCBP and SCTP protocols defined in SIMS. This developer will work in conjunction with a designer (internal full time employee) to produce a web based SIMS client for content discovery and search of an online video system. The code must be cleanly organized into functions which implement the various SIMS interfaces including complex searches. Please visit www.simsapi.org for more information on the SIMS api.
